lies. San Diego beaches are filled with pollution from TJ. so many dangerous cartels. downtown is filled with homeless. weather is only great if you're on the water. 5 minutes out you need AC. The food scene doesn't even compare to the other cities.

Its over rated ngl its the most expensive the beaches are mid and traffic is bad. The downtown smells bad. Its 1.2 mil for tiny houses.
