These past few days have been incredibly overwhelming for this brand. 💔 Imagine investing so much money into a machine because you want to elevate your business, serve more people and create even better experiences for your clients, only to end up in the hands of the wrong vendor. What was supposed to be an investment that would make things easier has brought nothing but frustration, disappointment, pain and honestly, so many tears. We have tried everything. We complained, we reached out, we gave room for the issue to be resolved, and somehow, we still found ourselves having to deal with one problem after another. It has been exhausting in ways I can’t even properly explain. And when we finally spoke about our experience publicly, instead of accountability or a genuine attempt to resolve the situation, we were met with intimidation, threats of a lawsuit, ridiculous demands and attempts to silence us. The most painful part is that since this whole incident happened, there has been absolutely no accountability from the owner. No proper response. No genuine attempt to take responsibility for what happened. Just silence. But as painful as this has been, we cannot allow one bad experience to stop us from doing what we love. Our clients still deserve beautiful experiences. Their celebrations still deserve to be memorable. And we owe it to ourselves and to everyone who continues to trust and support this brand to keep going. So, we will keep showing up. We will keep creating. We will keep serving. ❤️🎶 DOI ZĂPĂCIȚI — Unic 🎶❤️ Unele iubiri sunt cuminți... a noastră n-a avut norocul ăsta. 😄❤️ „Doi Zăpăciți” este povestea a doi oameni care se iubesc cu haz, cu joacă, cu tachinări, cu râsete până la lacrimi și cu acele mici nebunii pe care doar două suflete îndrăgostite le pot înțelege. Ea îl scoate din minți, el o bagă la loc... se ceartă două secunde și se pupă fericiți de parcă nimic nu s-ar fi întâmplat. 😂💋 Pentru că, uneori, cea mai frumoasă iubire nu este cea perfectă... ci aceea în care poți să fii exact așa cum ești: nebun, vesel, copilăros, romantic și complet zăpăcit de omul de lângă tine. Și dacă lumea spune că suntem nebuni?
