It gets to a point where you have to realize the relationship is over, 6+ months of no contact means it over lol. Some people confuse the 2 you’re not in no contact with someone for 6+ months & think they’re gonna come back, they are NOT lol.

I had to deal with his phantom ex, he would be so upset and I figured it was a trauma bond too of sorts (she was toxic, her behaviours outside of their relationship show this too). But now, guess who is annoying his peace...he can breadcrumb til the end of time, I'm done 💅🏼
