yes bo more « revenue » but it don’t cost a billion to run all that because they need to pay investor, depbt ect… but for a few year he could maybe inject NY city money to pay off investor and debt and then it will only cost the money to run transportation

U need to factor in….that price also caps off demand only to those who need it . If u make it free, then all of a sudden u will have people who want to use it for non important stuff. That could cause supply shortage of bus space and some people who need buses (hence they can pay) being not able to get it, whilst people who don’t need it takes thier spot
