My Wife’s employer has tried this. Little did they know. She’s an ABA Paralegal and she was writing down all the shady illegal stuff they were doing. And she still has that book and continues to add things to it 😂

My job did exactly this to me after being with them for 8 years. I survived my PIP and got poached by their competitors for a much higher salary. im still hearing for my previous coworkers that its falling apart over there.
