@thedesedit: Niche ask but hoping it finds the right people!!! My melasma has been stubborn for 2-3 years and I’ve tried every OTC thing. I love the musely spot cream/erase but you can’t do it longer than 4 months at a time. It was gone and within a week of being on the HQ free one it’s back 😭 #melasma #melasmatreatment #skincare #darkspots #derm
Derm NP here! Eucerin radiant tone dual serum is amazing. Also a really good tinted sunscreen. I love ColoreScience flex

I use a compounded topical cream (AZELAIC ACID 10% / NIACINAMIDE 2% / TRANEXAMIC ACID 6%) in between annual HQ , daily physical sunscreen, and this combo keeps my melasma controlled ✨

Tranexemic acid!! My fave topical skin lightener with no liver toxicity build up and no need to cycle off. (Personally prefer one with kojic acid for best results. Pair with retinol usage at night a few times a week)

Stop using red light therapy if you're that. For some people it'll make it worse. I'm one of those people😭
