Honestly I find the instructions of these tests hard to follow, I’m sure that’s for a reason. But someone taking too many steps could be from pure nerves of being asked to do these tasks by an officer. This man may have been intoxicated, idk, but I’ve never seen one of these videos and the cop not really take the time to try and explain the tests at least two or three times. This cop seems like he has an attitude problem.

I’m going to be real that balancing act with one foot in the air would get me even if I was sober….. that heel to toe straight line walk would get me too probably. There’s also one where you tilt your head and have to just guess when 30 seconds have gone by.
