If you wish to add passengers and be seated together, you can cancel the original booking and rebook. • Same if you want fewer seats: cancel and rebook 💻 👉 How to make changes: 1. Go to your Booking Details Page; 2. Click the Change button; 3 . Follow the same flow as a new booking; 4. During checkout, it will show updated fare differences. ‼️ After the change request is submitted, the app/website will still show original ticket on booking detail page, but you can click in to see new and updated ticket details. When a change request is successful, the new ticket will be set as default and you can find original ticket details at the bottom of page. ☝️Remember that: 🚨You can only change your booking once, and if it fails, you can submit a new request. 🚨Single ticket changes aren't allowed. You can only change entire booking to same condition. 🚨Original tickets remain valid until the changes are confirmed. 🚨Fare differences will be adjusted based on the new ticket price. 🚨 Changes requested during the rail operators system maintenance will be processed the next day.
