i’m not at all aboard with volufiline, but only wondering about how they say eyelash serums with prostaglandins can result in fatloss around the eye, doesn’t that mean that a topical product can in fact affect fat cells?

The 2.2% is the increase, not the p-value. The p-value is what tells you if the result is statistically significant, and there’s no p-value shown here. You can’t say it’s ‘not significant’ just based on the percentage change.
