For what, a 6’, maybe 7’, section, I bet that is plenty, these Haters in here probably have never done the research or the work of adding a header. Considering it doesn’t have any down supports from the roof, it is literally just supporting the ceiling and is not very critical. A+ brother

All these people on here thinking this needs an LVL is hilarious! That wall is only carrying ceiling weight. The roof is hand framed and the ceiling rafters are not carrying any roof weight. That board supported on both ends is fine for ceiling weight only. The sistered ceiling rafters over the wall is a dead giveaway away. Y’all aren’t builders if you can’t see basic construction and should go back to playing video games or doing dance TikTok’s. SMH.
