Girls as someone who wore this look for most of the late 90s early 00s trust me when I say go cheap. I never recommend this normally but for this look drug store is your friend. We didn’t have the makeup culture back then we have now. Buying Mac was a rare luxury. Think rimmel, boujours etc also concealer underneath!
