I broke no contact. Taped a handwritten 8 page letter to her front door. She called after reading it. I don’t know if I’ll be able to win her back, but I can now live the rest of my life in peace now that I told the woman that I love with all my heart how I feel about her. It’s out of my hands now. I may never hear from her again, but that’s ok because I know I fought for us. One last time.

I feel like this is the equivalent to me pulling up to my house every day hoping to see her car parked in my driveway waiting.. I know it'll never happen but the idea of what if she did, and we could live a happy life together from that day forward.
