Employees are NOT supposed to do this! We have a 15 minute wait period to buy the merchandise, and are NOT allowed to hold items back. Always go to Target for these drops! We get more and are better about following the rules!!

When I managed the Target Starbucks and we had big items like this, I would issue everybody tickets in the order they showed up that way they could wait in their cars where it was warm instead of standing in line.

My only opinion on baristas getting the cups is they should have to wait in line like everyone else. Not show up right before opening and buy all the cups before the door opens. Its not fair to the people that waiting in the cold all night to try and get one.
