I experienced the “high pressure call” one recently. I saw an ad on IG for a “free” six week program. I signed up and only to find out that I had to put down $200 on the promise of getting it back if I lost a certain percentage of weight by the end of the six weeks.

Years ago I sat on a call for like 40 mins with a coach trying SO HARD to sell me his package and he almost had me but I got the major ick from him desperately trying to get me to sign up to his generic plan

The best pt i had told me it was £150 an hour take or leave it, he is still great and costs £300 an hour and fully booked
