Listen,.. if it’s a takeout order for a family, I may or may not tip. Especially if I go in to pick it up. But a CATERING order like this,.. better believe I’m tipping. Anyone who doesn’t definitely has never had a food service job 😂

no one is forced to tip. the only way I tip anymore is if I go into a restaurant and sit down. even then my tip depends on the waiter/waitress.

As someone who’s done catering through a small restaurant it’s absolutely infuriating bc not only are we losing other potential tips from customers doing their shit it’s a church, I mean come on

I think it’s ridiculous that restaurants want us to pay their workers. They need to pay their employees like anyone else that runs a business.

As she should get fired! A tip is a bonus not a guarantee. If I’m not sitting, I’m not tipping! Sorry. The tipping culture in this country has gone overboard. The guy at 7-11 now wants tips too. Nope!

It’s a takeout order, I never tip on a takeout order. After what she pulled, she deserved to be fired.

They are use to ppl giving to them. While they act like they are doing the "Lords" work. So this checks out for most churches.

Sorry, but going to social media about not receiving a tip from a church... and then being shocked that you were fired?! It's one thing to vent to your coworkers, or your friends privately. But using your social media platform is on another level. Tips aren't guaranteed, ever. Why are people acting like they are? I don't get the mindset.
