Simply wash the brush pot and put the brush in the toilet at night when you put toilet cleaner over night flush in the morning that simple

If your toilet brush is dirty, thats user error. You clean off the toilet and then you clean the toilet brush with bleach or disinfectant before putting it back. Its not hard, you dont even have to touch it, you just flush and clean it in the clean water

I just squirt bleach and grease up my arse so it comes out clean and doesn't stick.

Just clean the toilet with toilet paper after you use and leave poo marks and put in some bleach - then gloves and clean by hand every weekly clean - job done no brush no sponges !
