600 puff is not enough, i can buy one with no nicotine. That has 10000 puff for $15. So this doesn't make no sense. Buying something for 600 puff that cost the same $15 day of 10000 puff from the non nicotine ones out here.

Say It Anyway :
🚫 Why they can still be bad for your lungs
1️⃣ Your lungs are not designed for oils
Even natural oils (peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, etc.) can:
Irritate lung tissue
Cause inflammation
Increase mucus production
Trigger coughing or chest tightness
⚠️Lipid pneumonia has been linked to inhaling oils — even plant-based ones.
2️⃣ Heating changes the chemistry
When oils or plant extracts are heated:
New compounds form
Some become toxic when inhaled
“Food-safe” ≠ “lung-safe”
Your stomach can handle things your lungs absolutely cannot.
3️⃣ Essential oils are highly concentrated
They can:
Damage delicate lung lining
Trigger asthma or bronchospasm
Cause headaches, dizziness, or nausea
Worsen anxiety or heart palpitations in some people
4️⃣ “No smoke” ≠ harmless
Even if it’s vapor:
It still contains particles
Those particles still reach deep lung tissue
Long-term effects are not well studied
Unknown ≠ safe.
