The thing is that the Gauteng government is more interested and concentrated on the city of Johannesburg therefore neglecting the likes of Ekurhuleni, Sedibeng, Randwest and Tshwane. Ekurhuleni was once the best Metro but criminals cartels were allowed to run it down.
