7 days na akong nag jujumping rope nabawasan ako ng 3-4k and yes it burns more Calories than walking or jogging for 30 minutes because jumping is a full body workout, the best way to use it para sa mga nag sisimula palang is 20 seconds for 10 sets with 30 sec or rest each set. basta samahan nyu lang ng Calorie deficit or a simple diet youl see a big difference. at kung madali lang sainyu yung 20 sec try nyu 30 or 60 second.
