as someone who designs trusses for a living, only a couple of perpendicular walls are load bearing. All exterior are. most of the time parallel walls are not load bearing unless they are supporting a beam that the trusses tie into.

You can tell by if the wall has anchor bolts. Walls that have anchor bolts tell you there is a footing under. Also trusses normally rest on exterior walls unless it has a change in direction.

Or you know, get your house looked at by an engineer. even non load bearing interior partitions can have load bearing pointloads and direction of trusses doesn't indicate the load transfer from the floor systems below

simpler way. the outside walls that the roof sits on (like has the slope) amd the wall that splits the house in half is load bearing. repeat first option per direction the roof goes
