Yall don’t know the speed limit. She very well could be within the speed limit. Her speed is not the cause of this accident; the driver pulling out and over 3 lanes is responsible .

I did insurance. She’s not at fault because she’s ”going a little fast” the accident was completely preventable from the teslas side. He should have waited or turned into the right lane. People saying she was going fast are right but focusing on the wrong side. She would’ve never crashed going that fast if the Tesla didn’t pull out. It’s the teslas fault. Just in case people want to keep arguing about it. Tbh everyone is just lucky to be alive.
