I employ people in the food industry and I would want someone to respectfully let me know if my employee was actually being disrespectful so I could keep an eye on it and train my employee to be prepared for getting and keeping the next job that does make more money. I also worked fast food as a teen and learned a lot from it that allowed me to make much better money in full-serving dining restaurants. Fast food you do 2 peoples job for the wage of half a person - it sucks. But learn how to handle then chaos and the customers and build a work ethic and you can move up in the world. Now I employ and manage people who make $25/hr minimum in food service and the ones who worked fast food prior do very well, so long as they didn’t allow themselves to develope poor customer service habits.

He handled it right. First people say it's not called for when a customer goes off on a worker, yelling and throwing a fit, now they're saying you can't pleasantly call them out when they cop and attitude being disrespectful.

I don’t know the full story so I can’t say that you didn’t instigate it antagonize her but I can’t lie… from this video alone, she does seem to have unprofessional behavior and dress code and management should hold staff accountable
