Mine is 7.76.% I pay an extra $2000 a month on my mortgage it will be paid off in less than 7 years so even at my rate I’ll still pay less than anyone with 2.5 lol

For me it’s not the interest rate that is keeping me from buying a new house. I want to move and find a better house that suits me and my son. But the home prices are super inflated! I’m not buying what people are selling these houses for. I’ll stay where I’m at.
