@sofjamk: what I eat in a day — no restrictions allowed I feel the best way for me to love my body and enjoy my life is following an intuitive diet with just one rule (the 80/20) 80 % of the time —> balanced, nutritious food 20 % of the time —> whatever I want Everyday feels different, everyday is enjoyable and most of the time I feel full of energy and satisfied. Of course portion control and working out is a crucial part of this lifestyle, but omg the 16yo me would absolutely love to know I’m here now.
