Here are some tips that we learned along the way if you’re going to do this too (and def write some in the comments if you have more!) -do a count of each food items so when you’re checking out, it’s easier for the cashier -Keep the receipt and hand it to the people at the food bank that way their volunteers don’t have to spend a lot of time itemizing everything -If the food pantry doesn’t have a website, you can call them and usually there’s someone who knows what they need that day and they can give you a better idea of what to bring
