@cam_and_matthew: I have been conducting my own research on the areas that would be most ideal to meet locals in the Santa Barbara Montecito region. Let me be honest, my mother did not raise a dummy. Of course in my line of work it is highly required and a skill only really perfectly acquired with time. Being a fitness coach, I have to be the product. I have to look the part, walk and talk it all. And, and, being 40 and a fitness coach means that more is demanded of me. I understand chronic pain, stiffness, managing stress, ending low back pain, overcoming trials and tribulations. Just in the past 5 years I have lost both of my parents, last of my 2 grandparents, 3 dogs. Not to mention my family stopped talking to my brother and I when our father died. I say all of this because by Faith and Fitness I have made it through. Oh and have you heard I have an autoimmune condition thay causes calcification of the vertebral disc's, basically fusing together. I really do care about your health and well-being.
