‎RT HON ABDULKADIR RAHIS VISIONARY INITIATIVE: ESTABLISHMENT OF FOOTWEAR ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT CENTER IS IN PROGRESS ‎ ‎Rt. Hon. Abdulkadir Rahis, the Member representing Maiduguri Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, has sponsored a bill for the establishment of a Footwear Entrepreneurship Development Center in Maiduguri, Borno State. The initiative is aimed at empowering youths and promoting self-reliance through skills acquisition in footwear design, production, and marketing. ‎ ‎The construction of the center, which began from scratch, has now reached an advanced stage. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to serve as a training and production hub that will provide opportunities for young entrepreneurs to develop practical skills and create sustainable sources of income. ‎ ‎The project aligns perfectly with the vision of the Executive Governor of Borno State, who has consistently emphasized the need to eradicate poverty and promote self-employment among citizens.
