Henry v11 won bosworth and the crown by right of conquest. His marriage to EOY was a secondary detail. His date he claimed his throne from. Marriage was to smooth any yorkist uprisings. Lancaster and York united. There is a few suspected royal bastards so the line isn't as clear cut all the way to modern times. And I'm not taking Edward 4ths supposedly being an archers son.
