I have the same sound...for some reason when I drive at a faster speed I can lift my foot little bit from the exelerator then it goes away but it does come back when I drive slower again...lots of possibilities answers tho 🤔

Two things involved, when the noise comes immediately you start the car is Piston lining worn out just go for new engine the one you can easily solve is noise come after the engine heated 👍
