They gave me tracking number 2 weeks ago and still no movement on package. All they did was print the label. Uhh it is frustrating but it’s normal for vale to take a month

Here in 2026 — I ordered jorts when it dropped. They even sent my details to dhl after two weeks, I followed up and they told me they’ve canceled my order citing inventory issues 😭

Oh no! Sorry this has been your experience. I ordered this same Zip Hoodie and had no issues with shipping - it arrived about two weeks after ordering. I’ve even ordered a second item about two weeks ago and it arrived today. Definitely email customer service! You’re going to love the jacket!
