Blue Kitty Crochet 🧶📚🐕🇺🇸 :
I hear you. However, as a fellow artist, we have to understand that everything we do has already been done, we're just rearranging the parts. You, we, I do not hold the market on monsters, for example. I just googled cute monsters and found nearly this exact one in a drawing, in graphic art, a stuffed toy etc. Did you copy them? 🤷🏼♀️If I crochet a hat out of my own mind literally anybody who has every crocheted a hat before me could claim I copied them, when the truth is that I just saw a hat (cute monster) out in the universe and also made my version of one with my own talent and my own skills. I understand where you and others who make these videos come from but if you have the trademarks and the copyrights then skip the video and have your attorney take care of it. 🤷🏼♀️✌🏻 Just my thoughts a fellow artist.

Not cool to copy someone's work and sell it. BTW...Kathleen arrived safe & sound a cpl days ago. Sooooo cute. ❤

It's a ceramic monster, hardly something that's unique, if people are copying your actual design piece by piece fair enough but people can put their spin on it and it would still be their unique design not yours 🤷

Have you ever thought about making your monsters as 3d print models. I would totally subscribe to a Patreon or whatever platform. I’m not a sculptor, but I am a 3d printer and wish you were a creator. I love your monsters.

Inspired by someone isn’t copying their work. It’s about making it your own way. So copying and selling is wrong in so many ways.

That was a very kind way to discourage the people who do that kind of thing. It shows a lot about your character. Love your work!

I make mostly political sculptures and have had people in other classes see mine and make them but if someone were to make an identical and say it’s their original idea etc big nope. 😅

I love your work! First time I’ve seen your content. Do you do tutorials? I’d love to learn how to make things using ceramic.

I feel your pain, the same thing happened to me over 20 years ago, honestly there’s nothing I could do. All you can do is keep your quality others will fade…
