☪️🔹Rashaie🔹☪️ :

beautiful home but incredibly dangerous part of town. I lived on that street once in college, if I didn't befriend the hells angels group members down the street I would not have been as safe as I was

Beelz :

almost went with it. just out of our price range.

Jessica :

this home has amazing character, the location is less than ideal unfortunately.

Sg541 :

Almost 1/2 a mill is crazy tho.

A Guy :

way over priced. Spokane is insane for prices right now. that's tops 150,000 realistically. not inflated or price gouging like wr have.

Genitortures :

And some one out there is going to turn it into white and grey lifeless millennial house.

Alex :

with the no money I have, ill take it!

Ryan Christoph :

peach ྀི (like the fruit) :

me watching with 41 cents in my bank account (i would kill for this house)

valyss🦇 :

I just fell in love with that fire place.

Christina Mazza :

Overpriced and in a terrible area! Spokane realty is bs

✨️👹✨️ :

"unlisted" it if they the buyer says they want to flip it not restore it 😭

J Dog821 :

Differently haunted

probablyferal1 :

It’s crazy because we bought our house across the street 5 years ago for 115k.

chlo :

i love the older historical homes we have in spokane but they're not always in the best locations😭🙏

Dev :

All fun until you find out what kind of neighborhood you're in 😂

zombehboo :

I just know those are the loudest squeakiest floors on earth. Our 1903 house with original floors was a noise nightmare.

Jade Skye :

This is what I love is personality in a home.🥰🥰🥰

Lynn Green :

Oh felony flats. One of the best parts of Spokane.

Rin Way :

Redo the kitchen to be original, looks so off in that house

Christina :

*Quartz countertops. And yes, too much money for the neighborhood.

fiona applebees :

Not me just looking at this on Zillow a couple days ago and nearly crying over it. I have $1.38, I’ll take the balcony on Wednesdays.

SpokaneHouseCleaning :

I love that house 😍
