The amount of times my lymph nodes under my arms were swollen and hurt with washing under my arms and I freaked out and got scared something is going on and then a few days later it's just poof, gone, is unbelievable. And I don't even have EDS, just hypermobility along with MCAS and dysautonomia but I do have some other chronic illnesses and an autoimmune disorder.. Thank you for explaining this in a simple but informative enough way for my fatigued brain to grasp 😁🤗

hello, I have a rock...ball.. next to/under-ish of the left corner of my jaw, been there since about...puberty, now im 25. im always flemmy and congested... always.. how can I make that ball go away?

I have hEDS and one time every single lymph node in my entire body got all swollen up because of the antibiotic I took for a urinary tract infection 🫥 it was horrible!!!

I wish more pros integrated the different angles of connective tissue and company the way you do. You get the gestalt of it - others focus on their narrow expertise and leave out much of the floppy-tubing effects.

Thank you!! As an LMT hearing overwhelmed not clogged just made it click for me, yes the massage never helps I barely get them I always recommend the gentler approach

Is this why I have leg edema with no heart or kidney issue. Vascular Dr said it’s lymphatic and compression:massages .. anything else I can do ??

I finally found an EDS aware PT. She taught me some simple exercises that get the lymph fluids moving. It is incredibly helpful, especially on bad pain flare days. She explained why, but this video helped it click in my brain. Thanks!

I have dysautonomia, pots, Mcas, severe me/cfs. I have lymph nodes under my jaw that are normal in ultrasound but they are much in pain.

OMG the swelling, a lot of mine was MCAS but I always felt my lymph was sore/swolen. This is so interesting. What about lymphatic drainage massages?
