a330 fantastic plane workhorse that's often not given credit for all the work it does. had the pleasure to fly on aer lingus etops certification flights from dub jfk back in the mid 90s

I'm from NW Alaska and we don't have a jetway at my hometown airport's one gate. It's stairs every time, even when it's -30° and blowing ice cold wind (making it a -50° windchill). And when Alaska Airlines used to fly 737 "combis" (front half of the plane was cargo, back half was pax), we'd often have to sit on the plane on freeze as they removed and reloaded cargo on a stopover at another town on the way to Anchorage. As a result, I rarely ever complain about anything air travel-related. Alaskans are a hearty and chill bunch (literally and figuratively) 😂
