@unknown_woodworking: While I can get super close on the table saw, like the Wood Talk Show Hosts I would love a super fine dial to raise and lower the blade. Being just a little oversized allows me to sneak up to the fit with hand tools. This was the perfect application for a rabbeting block plane. With the open sides the blade goes the complete width of the plane so I can take a shaving right up to the shoulder. The only thing which would have made this a tiny bit nicer is if I took the time to grab a bench hook instead of using the good ole hand clamps. Either way a couple swipes and I am super happy with the fit. Thanks for watching #asmr #woodworking #handplane #handtools
