idk who shit in yalls cheerios today but im 25 and still want to be held.. and i feel even worse for the mothers commenting saying "too old", cause i can only imagine your babies asking to be held and then being rejected from their main source of safety and comfort.

Idk who needs to hear this but it is OKAY for your child to want you to hold them. She’s not going to be able to carry her on her hip forever and they will not always ask to be held or cuddled. It’s normal to LOVE your child and for them to know that they are LOVED. Y’all are weird. It’s okay for kids to find comfort and trust in their parents, just because you didn’t get that when you were younger or didn’t do that with your kids doesn’t mean we can’t. I will be holding my babies for as long as I can physically pick them up.

Everyone parents differently I get it, but I’m choosing to say yes and hold my kids every single time I can. You only get so many years of this and I’ll enjoy every second of them being this little. And I find it weird that people would comment on this post with negative comments about holding your own kid.
