those grade 12 will not allow u to drive to any safe place, the problem is we have the law enforcement to someone with grade 12 and drivers license as a qualification

In the era of apartheid I personally would stop but today you’re risking your life. I lost a police friend back in 2016 who was shot by the driver of the car they flagged down because their car was not marked. This is risky to both parties involved.
