This is industrial Hi dielectric solvent base low voc cleaner. Used it on AC and DC switchboard before onboard ships . Nothing new. Just that not much propaganda about it.

Yes I am working in the electrical field and they use this type of cleaning on live low voltage electrical systems. I do not know whether this video is true or whether they are working here on a live system.
