reading that paper..let me tell ya what it says..it's a repayment plan for the money stolen. once she signs that paper, it's an admission of guilt. She will be fired, charges and heavy fines. It will go on her criminal records and she'll never be able to handle cash again. Basically nobody will hire her in the retail world..

I’ve never experienced Dollar Tree pressing charges and trust me, this happens a lot with managers & assistant managers. They just make you sign a promissory note to pay it back and yes, you get fired but you’re not going to jail.
