People need to remember these tests are for evidence. They are not designed to clear you. The only that can clear u is breathalyzer

1. Never mention having anything to drink. 2. ALWAYS REFUSE any testing no matter. 3. Remain silent. 4. Get a good lawyer 5. Go to court and watch how easy you walk away with a regular traffic violation. And maybe 1yr-6months of suspension. Get driving privileges. This is how I would do it, I’m not a lawyer giving legal advice. 😉😏
