I think it really depends on the situation. If the baby is just screaming the whole time, you need to settle them or go get some energy out. If the baby does some temporary squeals or cries then that’s just normal.

look, that baby wasnt screaming or crying. If the baby was really having a meltdown her mom probably would have picked her up and tried to clam her and removed her but her baby was chill. Hes an adult, he can go. i have 2 toddlers, the ONLY time I will remove my toddler is if my oldest (age 3 and autistic) is if he is vocally communicating to me that he needs to leave or have a space to claim down.
