Is it that hard to be polite ? Why do people argue ? Just do what they ask. He could've avoided this whole thing by putting the plate from the front on the back. Then he wouldn't have got pulled over.

Sad thing is he will never realize he caused any issue by failing to provide the required information. He will continue the storyline that he got arrested for nothing or perhaps he will make the story that he was arrested for not havibg a rear plate. He will not learn what led to the arrest.
