baking is a science and a process! we all start somewhere, give yourself grace!! try the nestle tollhouse chocolate chip cookie recipe: 2 & 1/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 3/4 cup white sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 2 sticks (1 cup) of softened butter, 1 tsp of vanilla (measure with ur heart), 1 tsp salt, 2 eggs, and chocolate chips! bake on 350 for around 10 minutes. take them out when they still look a little bit raw but the edges should be browning, they’ll still cook on the pan! sometimes ovens have different cooking times as well, my oven bakes slower than my boyfriends so i usually do mine at 325 and his at 350. you’ll figure it out, don’t beat yourself up over a few mess ups. i like to think of myself as a fairly experienced baker and i still have some oops moments.
