Why don’t you find out how much the owner of the property is paying for their bills and find out how many people in the house. That way it’s a guide for potential buyers. Think outside the box sometimes it helps

Every time I've viewed a house and the estate agent showed me round it was like the first time they were seeing the home and couldn't answer a single question, important things like did the current owner get building regs for this extension? How old is the boiler and was it serviced? It's why when I sold my house I insisted on doing all the viewings myself
