Good news: this is normal, you’re doing a great job, and wasted food on picky eaters is common. Bad news: My boys are 6 & 10, and they’ve still not grown out of it, so apparently it lasts a long time.

find the staples with my kids it was dippy eggs, multi grain cheerios,maple sausages, grilled cheese, buttered noodles with salt. then id sneak over stuff in with it racoon snack styles

my mom would put food in front of me & let me choose to eat it or go hungry. she never gave into my picky eating as a child so now as an adult I'll eat whatever is in front of me without complaining
