Ленивая пахлава, гата или просто ореховые печенья,можно назвать как угодно. Но скажу одно-это очень вкусно😍 ингредиенты: ▫️грецкие орехи -300гр ▫️сахар-150гр ▫️яйца -2шт ▫️слоеное тесто бездрожжевое -500гр ▫️мед ☕️орехи,сахар и яйцо перебиваем в блендере. слоеное тесто раскатать и выложить начинку распределив по всему тесту. свернуть в трубочку.разрезать на прямоугольные кусочки . слегка прижать, смазать яйцом и украсить сверху по орешку. ☕️духовку разогреть до 190 °С выпекать около 25 минут,затем смазать обильно медом( мед был густой я смешала его чуть водичкой) и запекать еще 10 минут готовьте с любовью ❤️ приятного аппетита🫶🏻
