Exactly. These elected officials barely work half a year. They can be there working until deals are done. No one’s getting paid during then shutdown? Cool, include everyone of these politicians in that as well. Why tf are they getting paid???

One of my controllers doesn’t have health insurance right now and can’t sign up for any because of the shutdown. Air traffic controllers are unpaid, and now some are uninsured because of the shutdown. It’s cruel to keep it going and directly hurting people
