Holding hands with his grandson through the airport 🥹.. as a mental health nurse who has spent most of my career working in dementia it’s so lovely to watch your videos.. as much as I have seen heartbreak and struggle I have also been able to catch the funny, happy moments and the times you get a glimpse of who the person was before the dementia took over. The most rewarding job I have ever known ❤️

That's so beautiful that you include him in everything, my dad had the same type of dementia as mick and was cheeky like him and had the random outburst he sure gave us and his carers a run for our money . you are doing so great by mick . love to you all

whaaat.... I was just discussing this with my mom... she is in an early stage of dementia. I asked her to come with me to Thailand.... she said no🥲 She enjoyed it so much when she was around her 50's.... about 30 years ago. I will ask again now I’ve seen this....
