If it’s causing you so much pain and stress, it might be time to end it. If long distance doesn’t leave you feeling secure then that person might not be meant for you, unfortunately. A partner should ALWAYS feel safe even if you guys can’t associate often :(

have a real conversation with him. For my boyfriend and I, doing stuff on call helps us. So sometimes we watch a movie together with teleparty. before long distance, we like to go to the gym together. So now we plan to go to the gym at the same time and send each other snaps of what exercise we’re doing. just stay connected. and if he’s not on the same page as you, end it
