It’ll help you learn about and find cards you didn’t know existed. Help you build it with a budget in mind, and map out mana curve and wincons. Great tool for beginners to help with deck building.

find a commander with a concept i like. build the mana base. find the best protection pieces for the colors. card draw, ramp, and removal. the rest is support for the commander ability.

Trusting your first instinct. You will over analyze stuff and you will end up making it not work well. I always when deck building or in draft just slam th deck and go. I don’t second guess I put 40 cards together for a draft and sleeve it and go. Wins every time. 99% of my loses growing up were from trying to over analyze cards and interactions made it word soup and not work well
